GenOnCall™ is a remote control and monitoring platform designed for KUTAI genset controllers.
GenOnCall – Remote provides users with the capability to monitor and control gensets remotely, as well as to view the locations of individual units. The system enables fleet management more efficiently by allowing status and location tracking via smartphones or tablets.
- Displays real-time power data for each genset
- Allows users to program or modify genset settings from any location at any time
- Secures access through user account login and password authentication to prevent unauthorized changes
- Provides push notifications for genset warnings and shutdown events
Note: An internet connection (Wi-Fi, GSM, or Ethernet) associated with the GCU-4K is required to access the Kutai remote control and monitoring system server.
